For more than 55 years we have been operating in the sector of food and beverage and we are proud to have contributed to the development of all four key areas of the production process: Processing, Refrigeration, Packaging, Quality Control.

Processing

• We are responsible for the design and supply of the equipment of the largest and most prominent feta cheese production plant in Greece
• We have set up the biggest automated Greek dairy and one of the largest and most modern plants in Europe
• We have built processing lines, pasteurizing, homogenizing, deodorizing, central control units & CIP systems, at almost all milk collection points and Greek dairies
• We have set up pasteurizing and processing units for fruit juices and long life fruit and vegetable juices
• We are the manufacturers of the biggest ice cream plants in Greece

Refrigeration

• Tens of thousands of square meters of cold stores (metal structures covered with polyurethane sandwich panels)
• Industrial refrigeration installations at the largest meat and poultry processing factories
• Deep freeze tunnels for meat, poultry, vegetables and ice cream
• Low temperature cold stores for ice cream, vegetables and prepared meals
• Mobile racking systems for the storage of chilled or frozen products on pallets.
• Conditioning rooms for the ripening and cooling of semi hard and hard cheese
• Distribution centers for the storage of raw and frozen products in Greece, Bulgaria, Romania and Serbia, etc.

Packing

• Lines and units for packing and conveying of milk, yoghurt, cheese and all kinds of ice cream
• Installation of filling machines in the Cypriot market and launching of paper and plastic packaging for fresh milk
• Design and supply of recovery and recycling equipment
• Creators of the first paper packaging of milk (1964)
• Exclusive suppliers of filling machines, packaging raw materials, cartons and packaging machines for 25 years for the largest dairy industry in Greece and many others

Quality Control

• We have set up laboratory equipment for quality analysis of milk in the laboratories of all dairies and creameries all over Greece
• We have set up laboratory equipment for the analysis of wine, oil, meat and other food
• More than 500 laboratory instruments approved by IDF and AOAC and CE marked are installed in 95% of the Greek dairy industries

In TFT, we collaborate with state-owned central quality control laboratories and supply equipment to private laboratories working on product analysis and certification.
